How ~NOT~ to bend PVC

Boat builders, please… A blowtorch is NOT how you bend PVC for seat backs with curves.

Your customer may not see it for awhile, but eventually they will and they too will shake their head in shame at such half-assed production.

If you build boats and make your own upholstery, invest in the RIGHT TOOLS. Heat your PVC on the bend with a directional oven so the structure is minimally damaged. The below PVC backer boards have lost so much structural stability. And worse, it looks bad on your company, and your boats.
